  • So here is my polling question I want resolved. You think the current president is doing a bad job. Do you think someone else could do a better job? Cause no, they can't. It's not any one president. It's politics. It's society. My mother, bless her republican heart, even knows this.

  • I work in the VA system, U.S. government, mind you, and they advertise "footlongs" too. Subway needs to fire their lawyers for filing ridiculous patents.

  • I spent the other afternoon watching some channel where animals had been abandoned and neglected and had to be rushed to the clinic. I was almost in tears. The struggles of another person's weight challenge would likely do the same. But this woman's quest is beyond disgusting and sad.

  • yeah, if you don't block off almost everyone. My easier solution is to just not post anything I don't want public.

  • My mom was "hurt" that I wouldn't friend her, but I told her I didn't think the site was for me to keep in touch with my family (apparently my SIL was upset too.) Maybe someday, I told her, but right now all I use it for is to see what is going on with friends from HS and college.

  • Have you ever done research on people or places. Guidance is always misdirected somehow. People believe what they choose to.

  • After gaining 9 pounds in three months, I knew it was time to work out. But I am just not getting into the gym or running, which is what I used to do. So I started swimming. Problem is. it is too efficient of a workout for me. Nothing happens. But this article is on the money.
